Goat meat is best cooked slowly to ensure it becomes tender:

  1. Thaw: If frozen, thaw the meat completely in the refrigerator.

  2. Wash/Marinade (Optional): Rinse the meat and then you can marinate it with spices (like ginger, garlic, thyme, curry powder) for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Browning (Optional): Sear the cubes in a hot pan with a little oil until browned on all sides.

  4. Slow Cook: Add the meat and liquids (water, broth, tomatoes) to a pot and simmer gently over low heat for 1.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is very tender. This is ideal for making stew or curry.
