Cassava Fufu Flour

This flour is cooked with water to create the dough-like Fufu:

  1. Mix: Add the Fufu flour slowly into a pot of boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

  2. Stir: Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring vigorously, mashing against the side of the pot, until a thick, smooth, dough-like consistency is achieved (usually 5–10 minutes).

  3. Serve: Scoop the warm Fufu into small, round portions. Serve immediately alongside a soup or stew (like Egusi or Bitter Leaf Soup) for dipping and eating.
