This flour is cooked with water to create the dough-like Fufu:

Mix: Gradually add the Plantain Fufu flour into a saucepan with boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Stir: Reduce the heat to medium and continue stirring and kneading with a wooden spoon for 4–5 minutes until the mixture forms a thick, smooth, firm dough ball.

Serve: Scoop the warm Fufu into small, round portions. Serve immediately alongside a heavily-flavored soup or stew (like Egusi or Bitter Leaf Soup) for dipping and eating.
